More about the CoC FL-507
The Continuum of Care (CoC) promotes the community-wide commitment to end homelessness. Through the administration of funding to nonprofit partners, along with state and local governments, the CoC quickly rehouses homeless individuals and families while minimizing trauma and dislocation. In addition, the CoC facilitates efficient and effective utilization of mainstream programs to optimize self-sufficiency among individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
