CFCH Committees & Meetings
The strength of our Continuum of Care is in the broad base of agencies and organizations that participate in developing and improving the region’s projects and activities that provide services and housing to homeless people.

More about the Commission…
The Commission promotes the community-wide commitment to end homelessness. Through the administration of funding to nonprofit partners, along with state and local governments, we quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families while minimizing trauma and dislocation. In addition, we facilitate efficient and effective utilization of mainstream programs to optimize self-sufficiency among individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
